Fast effective service - phoned on Thursday, visited following Monday at a
time that suited me, sorted out all my problems and was happy to let me
watch and explain exactly what was wrong and why it had gone wrong.
Like a 2 hour tutorial whilst getting the computer fixed at the same time!

Just want to say what a great service you offer, it's not often when you
call someone they try and fix it over the phone straight away free of
charge. The same applied after the call-out where I needed to make a few
extra calls to get things sorted at no extra charge, and you didn't laugh at
any of my questions even though they probably really obvious.
Will definitely recommend you. |
